Shipping policy
1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). All orders can take up to 2 business days to ship out.
2. Can I change the address of a shipment in transit?
Orders are automatically released to our warehouse upon placement for the fastest possible fulfillment and we are not able to make changes once it has been placed.
We ship most orders via UPS. If you need to chaneg the address, please reach out to UPS and they can help change the shipping address for you.
USPS does NOT allow any changes once the shipment has been picked up.
3 . My package is lost, what do I do?
Please email Support@ecomtis.com immediatley!
Provide the order # or the tracking # and we'll look into the situation as soon as possible.
4. United States :
What carriers do you offer for the Lower-48?
We work with UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments in the Lower-48 (not including Alaska or Hawaii).
For UPS we offer UPS GROUND, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air both include Saturday delivery (if applicable for your area).
For USPS we only use USPS Priority.
Any orders that are going to a PO Box address but select UPS will be defaulted to USPS Priority.
Larger items like our Moki and Platte Kayaks can only be shipped via UPS.
5. What carriers do you offer for Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI)?
We offer USPS for Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) via USPS Priority.
6. International Shipping
At this time we have stopped shipping internationally. We had several issues with customs and duties, lost packages, and return to sender packages. We are working on reestablishing international shipping with a timeframe of Spring 24. In the meantime we have several international retailers that can be found on our Dealer Locator.
7. Shipping Cut-offs/Timeline
We ship orders Mon-Fri (excluding all major US Holidays) from our wharehouse in Los Angeles California.
All orders can take up to 2 days to ship out.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $500 placed in the US receive Free Ground/Standard shipping services.
How will my order ship?
We partner with UPS, USPS for our primary shipping partners, other shipping options available upon request.
Do you ship the Moki Kayak series internationally?
Unfortunately at this moment. we are unable to ship the Moki Kayak series product to any locations outside of the US - Lower 48 states. This is due to the dimensions and overall shipping weight for these products. We will continue to monitor and negotiate shipping rates from our partners to accommodate the shipment of these products in the future.
